As you may know, I have been talking about an upcoming giveaway. Well here it is! How would you like to win a Wilton 12 piece cupcake decorating set? It includes 4 different tips, decorating bags and instructions. One of the tips is the Bismarck tip to inject filling into your cupcakes.
